The team removed load-bearing walls and installed new structural supports to create a safe, open layout. The space was completely rebuilt with new framing, insulation, drywall, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Custom finishes include cabinetry, countertops, appliances, flooring, paint, and handcrafted doors. The newly remodeled basement bathroom features full floor-to-ceiling tile, a built-in niche, modern fixtures, and custom lighting. To complete the project, RGC added a new exterior entry and landing that seamlessly connects with the home’s existing decking—turning an underutilized area into a functional, stylish living space.
