RGC Construction, Inc. is a family-operated construction company based in Concord, CA, founded by Anthony Redfearn—someone whose passion for building began at a young age, working side by side with his grandfather on residential projects.
After high school, Anthony explored several skilled trades, including welding, electrical work at a local refinery, and eventually building engineering for a property management company. It was in that role that his passion for construction was reignited. He went on to become a construction manager, gained deep experience in commercial construction, and eventually earned his Class B General Contractor’s License.
RGC was originally founded in 2020 as Redfearn General Construction and officially became RGC Construction, Inc. in 2022. Since then, the company has completed over 500,000 square feet of commercial construction and numerous residential remodels across the Bay Area.
As a small, hands-on team, RGC takes pride in being deeply involved in every project from start to finish. Anthony leads each build with care, transparency, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship—whether it’s a multi-unit commercial space or a family home remodel.
