RGC transformed the lobby at 1 Belvedere Place into a refined, welcoming entry space through a high-end tenant improvement project. The renovation featured a custom terrazzo walk-off mat with brass inlay, a striking living wall with integrated lighting, a basalt stone directory and bench, an in-wall seating nook, and full upgrades to paint and finishes. This project enhanced both the aesthetic and functional value of the building’s shared space for tenants and visitors alike.
