Full Office Build-Out in Oakland – 1904 Franklin Street

RGC transformed a raw, empty 5th floor in downtown Oakland into a vibrant, functional commercial office space. The project included full framing and build-out for private offices, a conference room with glass enclosure, a mother’s room, and a fully compliant ADA bathroom. The scope also included all-new electrical, mechanical, and plumbing, a kitchenette with custom millwork and island, new entry and office doors, updated flooring, and complete interior painting. Every element was designed for both functionality and aesthetics—delivering a space ready for productivity and growth.
